Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to the Tarezin iOS application, website pages, APIs, and related services. By creating an account or using Tarezin, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy at tarezin.com/privacy, and the Community Guidelines at tarezin.com/community-guidelines.

Tarezin is operated in Brazil. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer, privacy, platform, or other mandatory law.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Tarezin is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, sign in, upload content, post comments, like content, place 3D objects, or otherwise use the service. Do not use Tarezin if you are under 18 or legally unable to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tarezin supports password accounts, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In. Provider sign-in remains subject to the provider's own terms.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or give another person access to your account. Tell support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. A GPS-Based AR Service

Tarezin is designed around physical places. Certain actions are available only when device location indicates that you are near the relevant place, banner, or 3D object, or when the backend records an allowed interaction with that place. These GPS/location rules are part of the service design and may be adjusted to improve accuracy, safety, reliability, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for your surroundings. Do not use the AR camera, create content, or interact with a place while driving, crossing a road, trespassing, entering a restricted area, or creating a risk to yourself or others. GPS, camera tracking, and device sensors can be inaccurate.

Tarezin does not grant permission to enter private property, restricted areas, dangerous areas, museums, events, businesses, or public facilities. Always follow local rules, property rules, traffic rules, and instructions from authorities or site operators.

4. User Content and Visibility

Tarezin lets users submit profile information, comments, photos, videos, posts, and 3D USDZ objects, and interact through likes, friendships, reports, and blocks. Place posts may be submitted with Public, Friends, or Private visibility. 3D objects are public place content in the current release.

You retain ownership of content that you submit. You grant Tarezin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt as technically necessary, distribute, and make your content available solely to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve Tarezin according to your selected visibility and the app's public-place features.

This license ends when content is deleted, except to the limited extent content remains in backups for 90 days, must be retained for legal or safety reasons, or has already been shared by you or other users outside Tarezin. Where the app offers a download action, public 3D objects may be downloaded by other users.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to submit it, including copyright, trademark, image, voice, privacy, publicity, and location-related rights. If you did not create the content yourself, you must make sure you are allowed to upload it to Tarezin and make it available through the app's selected visibility and public-place features.

Tarezin does not pre-approve every upload, does not endorse user-generated content, and does not act as the legal owner of content submitted by users. To the extent permitted by law, disputes, claims, notices, losses, or damages arising from content you submit are your responsibility as the uploader.

Tarezin may remove, restrict, preserve, suspend publication of, or disable access to user content when reasonably needed for safety, privacy, intellectual-property rights, legal compliance, platform compliance, security, or enforcement of these Terms, including after a report, rights notice, platform request, legal request, or moderation review.

5. No Ads or Sponsorship

Tarezin currently does not include advertising placements, ad-network SDKs, paid sponsorship placements, or paid promotion inside AR banners, posts, or 3D objects. Users are not entitled to payment or revenue share for content submitted to the current release. If ads, sponsorships, or monetization are added later, Tarezin should update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, App Store disclosures, and any required consent flows before launch of those features.

7. Copyright and Takedown Requests

You may upload only content that you have the right to use. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the permissions, licenses, and consents needed to submit, display, share, and make it available through Tarezin according to the app's features.

If you believe content in Tarezin infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, voice, or other rights, contact support@tarezin.com or use the copyright/takedown link in the iOS Settings Legal section. Include enough information to identify the content, your rights, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and the action requested.

We may request more information, reject incomplete or abusive notices, dismiss the request, resolve it outside the app, remove or restrict content, suspend publication while reviewing the request, preserve records where needed, and take action against repeat or serious misuse. Tarezin is not a court or ownership tribunal; if a dispute cannot be resolved through the app's support process, the claimant and uploader may need to resolve it directly or through the appropriate legal process.

8. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

Tarezin uses selected automated checks for objectionable text and provides reporting and blocking tools. Authorized administrators may review reported uploads, comments, profiles, and 3D objects. Depending on the target and the available moderation tools, administrators may dismiss a report, remove content, or clear a reported public profile. Tarezin may take further action when required by law, safety needs, repeated misuse, or platform requirements.

Moderation tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be prevented, detected, or removed immediately. Tarezin may restrict, remove, label, preserve, or disable access to content or accounts when reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance, platform compliance, security, or enforcement of these Terms. Use report and block tools when you encounter a concern.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your Tarezin account from the iOS Settings screen. Deletion removes your owned content and account-related records as described in the Privacy Policy. Collaborative banners are released to the system rather than deleted so the place experience can continue without your account attached as owner.

Deleting your Tarezin account does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, or accounts on third-party services. See tarezin.com/support/account-deletion for instructions.

10. Third-Party Services

Tarezin may rely on services provided by Apple, Google, hosting providers, storage providers, email providers, maps/place-data providers, and device operating-system features. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Tarezin is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

11. Availability and Changes

Tarezin is a developing service. Features, place content, compatibility, and availability may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, safety, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise that every place, banner, post, or 3D object will remain available.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarezin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AR content, user-generated content, GPS accuracy, device sensors, and third-party services may contain errors or be unavailable. You remain responsible for safe, lawful use of the app and for evaluating user-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarezin and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from unsafe use, user-generated content, third-party services, unavailable content, inaccurate location data, unauthorized account activity, or a user's failure to follow these Terms. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Tarezin at any time and may delete your account through the app where available. Tarezin may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, investigate abuse or security issues, or enforce these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Where appropriate and feasible, Tarezin may provide notice or a chance to appeal through support, but urgent safety, security, legal, or platform issues may require action without prior notice.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Disputes will be handled through the competent courts and authorities under Brazilian law, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, platform, or other non-waivable rights.
