Community Guidelines
18+ community safety rules
1. Purpose
Tarezin is an 18+ shared augmented-reality layer for real places. These Community Guidelines apply to profiles, comments, photos, videos, 3D objects, posts, likes, reports, blocks, and other interactions. They are designed to keep place experiences useful, lawful, safe, and respectful.
2. Adults Only
Tarezin is for users who are at least 18 years old. Do not create an account, upload content, comment, like, place 3D objects, or interact in Tarezin if you are under 18.
3. Be Respectful
- Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, or target another person.
- Do not post hateful content or attack people based on protected characteristics.
- Do not impersonate others or post another person's private information without permission.
- Do not expose another person's sensitive personal information, documents, private address, private location pattern, face, voice, image, or contact details without a valid basis or permission.
- Do not spam, manipulate likes, coordinate abuse, or repeatedly post disruptive content.
4. Keep Content Safe and Lawful
- Do not post sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or requests for such content.
- Do not post credible threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, graphic material intended to shock, or content encouraging self-harm.
- Do not use Tarezin to buy, sell, or promote illegal goods or services.
- Do not use Tarezin for unauthorized advertising, sponsorship, paid promotion, scams, or commercial spam.
- Upload only content that you have the right to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, image, voice, privacy, publicity rights, and local laws. If you did not create it yourself, confirm that you have permission before uploading it.
- Do not upload malware, deceptive files, corrupted files, or 3D objects designed to mislead, harm, or interfere with devices or services.
- Do not use Tarezin to collect, infer, publish, or misuse personal data about other people in a way that violates privacy laws or their rights.
5. Use Physical Places Responsibly
- Do not use the app while driving or when AR viewing would make an activity unsafe.
- Do not trespass or enter restricted, private, hazardous, or sensitive areas to create or view content.
- Do not create 3D placements or posts intended to mislead people, obstruct a public space, or encourage unsafe behavior.
- Remember that GPS and device sensors can be inaccurate. Pay attention to the real environment first.
6. Understand Visibility and Public Content
Posts can be Public, Friends, or Private according to the option selected at posting time. Public content may appear in feeds, place experiences, profiles, and share links. 3D objects are public place content in the current release and may be shareable or downloadable where the app provides those options.
Tarezin currently has no ads, no ad-network advertising, and no paid sponsorship placements. If sponsored content is added later, it should be clearly labeled and governed by updated terms and disclosures.
7. Automated Checks, Reports, and Blocking
Tarezin checks selected profile text and comments for objectionable terms. Automated filtering does not replace user reports or human review. Photos, videos, thumbnails, and 3D objects require particular care because the text filter cannot assess their full meaning.
Use the in-app report option for an upload, comment, profile, or 3D object that may violate these Guidelines. Use blocking tools when you do not want further interaction with another user.
If a report involves urgent physical danger, threats, self-harm risk, exploitation, or another emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority. Tarezin support and moderation tools are not emergency services.
8. Copyright and Takedown
Uploaders are responsible for the content they submit. Do not upload copyrighted works, brands, 3D models, photos, videos, music, artwork, faces, voices, private information, or other protected material unless you own it or have the permission needed to use it in Tarezin.
If you believe content violates your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, voice, or other rights, contact support@tarezin.com or use the copyright/takedown link in the iOS Settings Legal section. Include enough detail to identify the content, explain your rights, provide contact information, confirm good faith, and describe the requested action.
Tarezin may remove, restrict, preserve, or suspend publication of content while a rights report is reviewed. Tarezin does not decide final ownership disputes like a court; claimants and uploaders may need to resolve unresolved disputes directly or through the appropriate legal process.
9. What Happens After a Report
Authorized reviewers may inspect the report and a limited snapshot of the target. Based on available moderation tools, a reviewer may dismiss the report, remove a reported upload, comment, or 3D object, or clear a reported public profile. Serious safety or legal concerns may require additional escalation.
Not every disagreement is a Guidelines violation. Context matters, and reviewers should use the least intrusive action that addresses the issue. Tarezin may still remove or restrict content when needed for safety, privacy, intellectual-property rights, legal compliance, platform compliance, or protection of the service.
Report and moderation records may be retained according to 90 days and the approved moderation-retention schedule.
