Delete Your Tarezin Account

You can delete your Tarezin account directly inside the iOS app. Deletion is permanent. Use these steps only when you want to remove your account and the user-owned content connected to it.

Before You Delete

Delete in the iOS App

  1. Open Tarezin and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Find the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account.
  4. Read the deletion confirmation carefully and continue.
  5. Reauthenticate using the method shown for your account.
  6. Confirm deletion. Wait for the app to report that the account has been deleted.

Reauthentication by Account Type

Password accounts

Enter your current Tarezin password when prompted.

Sign in with Apple accounts

Complete the Sign in with Apple reauthentication prompt. Where production Apple credentials and the stored Apple refresh token are available, Tarezin also attempts to revoke its Sign in with Apple authorization.

Google Sign-In accounts

Complete the Google reauthentication prompt. This verifies your Tarezin deletion request; it does not delete your Google account.

What the Service Removes

The backend deletion workflow removes account records and authentication material, including active API tokens, sessions, password-reset records, and relevant caches. It deletes managed profile photos, uploaded images and videos, generated thumbnails, and owned USDZ files. It also removes connected user-owned database records through the deletion workflow and database relationships.

Collaborative banners are intentionally released to the system. A released banner no longer identifies the deleted account as its owner.

If You Cannot Access the App

Contact support@tarezin.com with the subject "Tarezin account deletion help." Support will explain the available identity-verification steps before processing any off-app request. Off-app deletion may take longer than in-app deletion because support must verify account ownership before taking irreversible action.

Reports and Takedown Requests Are Separate

Account deletion removes your own account and user-owned content from the active service. If you want to report another user's content or submit a copyright/takedown request, contact support@tarezin.com or use the Copyright & Takedown link in the iOS Settings Legal section. Include enough information to identify the content, explain your rights or concern, provide contact information, confirm good faith where relevant, and describe the requested action.

Uploaders remain responsible for the content they submitted before deletion. Tarezin may preserve copyright/takedown and moderation records where needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention, operational records, or regular exercise of rights.

Timing and Backups

Deletion removes the account from the active service after the deletion request succeeds. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups or logs for up to 90 days, where required for security, recovery, debugging, legal compliance, audit records, regular exercise of rights, or abuse prevention.

Privacy request records, copyright/takedown records, moderation action records, security logs, and backup records may be retained separately where needed to document compliance, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, or satisfy legal obligations. These records should not be used to recreate your public profile or user-owned content after deletion.
